jeepney story

I can't believe that i'm here....here.... on an internet cafe !!coz our stupid phone is malfunctioning again!!(whatta word!malfunctioning daw oh...)grr!!!! I can't think...i can't think clearly!!! I want to say something but im running out of words..it's crazy here!! people are yelling....screaming!!! will you stop yelling?!!!! one more scream and you're dead!!!
anyway....i'm warning you already that this would be another jeepney story...im sorry because jeepney ride gives my mind the time to wander.....woohh.....
So...While I was inside the jeep and gazing outside..I saw a bunch of people waiting in the sidewalks...and there was a sign:"bawal ang tao dito" and yet,,,there were people...people standing there and waiting for a ride..!!! shiit!!!! I can't believe how these people can be this pasaway...gosh!! kung ahas lang yung sign board eh...tinuklaw na sila...or worse....binatukan ko na sila isa-isa!!grabe!!!
another jeepney lesson i've learned today is....if you don't want your hair to be a total mess,,, sit at the seat near the driver...wahehe...and it's also better to sit there cause there's a lesser chance that a "magna" will take all your stuffs...
anyway....here's a new topic...While I was on the jeep.. I saw an old woman,,,and I held her hand when she nearly fall..Im fond of old people...I like them...Perhaps because I never had a chance to take care of any of my grandparents...aww...I miss my grandma...even if she's kinda annoying when she repeat her stories...."sirang plaka na si lola"
woohh...hungry nako...i wanna go home na...haha!!eh teka sayang namn ung binayaran kong time...o sige...gutom na talaga ako eh...ay wait....alam mo ba...nag draw kami kanina ng car...at first hindi ako confident sa gawa ko kasi....i can hardly say that I'm good at drawing vehicles...nyahaha!!!pero after muscle gainig shading eh....nagmuka naman syang kotse...at hindi lang sya basta kotse...isa syang AUDI!!! hehehe...nice one! ang gwapo ng kotse ko!! puro quiz nga lang kmi ngayon e...heheh....first time ko din mag cut ng class...yehey!...pero nagbayad naman ako para sa prelims...at hindi basta bulakbol...may quiz nga ako sa trigo after nun eh...buti umabot pa kmi!!!as in sakto!!!feel ko mataas makukuha ko ngayon sa trigo...ocge..aral na ko!!shoot!!!tang ina iba na toh!!hehe!!friday palang eh...prelims ko n sa monday...bye

I believe in empowerment. Empowerment is the knowing that you are on purpose, doing God's work, peacefully and harmoniously. I've been looking forward towards empowerment for the second semester and since June, I feel empowered and I feel blessed with each of my simple attainments. It seems like just yesterday that I am struggling to enter Diliman. Now, I've succeeded to such an amazing extent that I am recognizing that empowerment makes miracles on my first day here in UP Diliman and on the many years to come, hopefully not a decade. My brother, who is also studying here, begs do differ himself from me because he’s an UPCAT passer. He always says that I couldn’t make it here in UP because I am a bird brain but I always reply to him that hard work will always surpass what knowledge can do and so I have to prove that. When I was certified a true student of UP Diliman last year, I was confronted with a number of challenges, but my purpose was clear: to work hard, to show the people that I could tackle difficult problems and make difficult decisions and do so, to show them I could act ethically, to show them I deserved their trust and of course the contested slot to become an Iskolar ng Bayan. In fact, today, I am feeling optimistic and sanguine. I see good things ahead knowing that I am striving to do my best. Certainly, my best days lie ahead of me, and, I firmly believe solving today's problems provides a springboard for seizing tomorrow's opportunities. But before looking to the future, I would like to glance back at the road I've traveled these past few months because that is the source of much of the optimism and empowerment I am all feeling about for the next years. I have started my journey with a great sense of freedom in soaring through the sky of empowerment by doing all my plates and home works with much passion and love for the craft. I believe that even though I wasn’t blessed with much talent, I am still capable of doing wonders. I am continuously being empowered by my strong faith in God that I can do much-much that even I do not expect. I believe that through the empowerment I am bestowed there is much passion In me and the will to meet the challenges of our times, and the intelligence to craft effective solutions to arising scrape in my selected course. As I have said before and will continue to believe, that I am strong in the spirit that is the sustaining power of all great action. It's a spirit built on the confidence that I am not limited by simple expectations -- that something within me is superior to circumstance Fate has given me a great opportunity. I have been blessed with the talent and the extraordinary challenge of facing my anxieties and conquer my loathsome fears. And, just as the first page of a book influences every page that follows, my future is largely shaped by the tone, the mood and the spirit at the beginning of my journey in UP. My spirit of today is what provides color on the canvas of the whole toiling year. My first sem must say that I am not just marking time, that I am not content to merely carry the torch of time, but that I did all that could be done to make it burn as bright as possible before working on to the next semesters. And together with my hardships here in UP I realized my purpose in life and that is my task of breaking down the barriers that stand between my dreams and aspiration and my creative potential which will lead me into the frontiers of tomorrow. My confidence to dream impossible dreams, and the power to make those dreams come true is what empowerment has done to me. I not only envision myself in new, larger dimensions; I expect it. And I urge myself to raise my expectations for the better. Oftentimes I’d talk to myself and say Yes, I can do better, but let's go beyond that. I will seize the moment. After all, that is the future I and everyone deserves. With God's help and working hard, I know I can do all this, and more. And may I build a dream of unlimited possibility towards the next horizon through God’s empowerment.
